Our facility at ARZ Machining houses technically advanced CNC turning centers capable of many standard and specialty machining processes. We produce low volume to high volume production as well as prototype machining. Our machining processes include: Milling, Drilling, Boring, Tapping, Internal Forming, Knurling, Broaching, Counterboring, Profiling, Reaming, Parting/Cutting, Facing, Countersinking, and other specialty machining processes.
Our two axis lathes capabilities include a size range of .060” thru 10” diameter capability and a 3’’ thru spindle bar capacity with a production tolerance of up to +/- 0.0005”. Chucking and bar feed capabilities are offered as well.
We have the ability to work with the following material in our turning operations: Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Bronze, Copper, Titanium, Delrin, Acetal, HDPE, Nylon, PVC, PEEK, Acrylic, ABS, and many others.
